Conditori La Glace is the oldest confectionery in Denmark. Founded in the middle of old Copenhagen on the 8th of October 1870, it has through six generations delivered joy and quality to Copenhagen and its visitors.

Malte Gormsen was responsible for the whole renovation, including construction.
We worked closely with La Glace and and the architect on this project to resemble the original look and feel of La Glace, and to make sure that there was a seamless transition from the old to the new section of the premises.
Stucco ceiling, wall mouldings, bespoke glass ceiling with brass details, cake and product displays and cabinets, checkout counter, glass details with blasted pattern, letters in brass, marble details, staircase and railing, zinc basin.
