Noma is a 3-star Michelin restaurant that has been awarded The Best Restaurant in the World five times (2021) by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Noma closed down in early 2017 to re-open the following year in a more spacious environment in the same area of Copenhagen. Situated in the historic inner harbour that once laid grounds for warehouses storing mines for the Royal Danish Navy, BIG Architects designed” an intimate garden village” of separate – yet connected – buildings.
Interior design by Studio David Thulstrup and executed in close collaboration with Malte Gormsen.
Bespoke interior throughout the restaurant. Including Malte Gormsen Collection MG207 Tables in the lounge area, and sculptures made of wooden sleepers from Slaget på Reden (the Battle of Reden) 1801.
