YinjiSpace explores the intersection of Danish tradition and modern craftsmanship
In January, we had the pleasure of welcoming YinjiSpace and 20 enthusiasts of Danish design to our workshop in Herlev.
During their visit, we talked about Danish craftsmanship traditions and demonstrated how we’ve incorporated modern technology while preserving the essence of our woodwork and honouring the rich history of our profession. All while respecting the nature of wood.
Malte shared insights about many of our ongoing projects and presented our furniture collection, highlighting how we incorporate our cabinetmaking skills into both bespoke commissions and our signature pieces. The visitors were particularly interested in our approach to combining traditional techniques with contemporary design elements.
We also discussed our valued collaborations with renowned designers and interior architects such as Norm Architects, Space Copenhagen, and Christian and Jade, showcasing how these partnerships allow us to bring designs to life through our craftsmanship.
The afternoon provided a wonderful opportunity for exchange of ideas and appreciation for craftsmanship that transcends cultural boundaries.
We extend our sincere thanks to YinjiSpace and all participants for their visit, and look forward to future connections.
